It has a very good height for adult cats and is generally very nice. It wobbles and that makes cats not feel so stable, but it's a matter of getting used to it. I really think it's worth it.
My three cats are loving this cat tree. They needed enticement so I rubbed catnip everywhere and put treats on it to get them used to it. They love the height! My larger cat can’t use every spot on the tree but he tries! This was a challenge to put together so just follow all the steps.
Super easy to assemble. Not super huge works beautifully in my home. Nice plush fabric and very sturdy.
This cat tower was pretty easy to assemble, but it turned out to be smaller than expected. It's so small, that my 8lb cats won't use any of the hidey-holes (too cramped). They love the towers and the scratching posts however!
Overall it’s a good tree. Easy to build and has some good features. The ball toys did end up ripping off and the material comes off over time almost as if the cat tree is shedding. Pretty good for the price. I would recommend. Just don’t expect it to last years.
